What would you do in a typhoon day? For me, I usually rest at home, or most likely go out to watch movies! And on 3 Sept, I watched two! One is Bad Genius, another one is Dangal. Both are really good, highly recommended if you haven’t watched yet!
Besides, I wanna share with you all my recent life.
If you’ve followed me on Instagram, you may notice that I’m not happy with my body shape. Yes, I gained weights, which made me feel totally unexpected. And this really upset me.
I tried running before, but I don’t really like it. Now, I’m still trying my best to do at least 2 sets of workout at home. Basically, it’s for my thigh and abs. Though I may not able to do every single day, I have to force myself to do at least 5 days a week.
Exercise is not enough, eating habit plays a main role. We always say, you are what you eat. Old friends know me, I’m eating quite healthy. But you know, sometimes, you treat yourself. And I think, I treated myself tooooo good.
I’m not on diet, but I’m on my journey of eating much more healthier. It’s a lifelong journey (just like workout everyday). I’m not sure if I can get thinner thighs and abs, you never know until you try your best. We’ll see.
